United Pro LGBT cause in Albania is looking for an expert or a team of experts to develop a MOOC platform (massive open online course) and 4 (four) animated videos on the topic of hate speech. These materials will train media practitioners to a higher ethical standard.

BACKGROUND
This project is supported under Dignity Advocacy Grant of ILGA Europe. The name of the project is LGBT InclusiON without discrimination, and it is being implemented by United Pro LGBT cause.
Through this intervention we aim to address online hate speech through empowering journalists to work on this issue based on the results of our research done in recent years, and at the same time to raise awareness on importance of language used in digital spaces and its impact to decrease incitement to hatred and hate crime via social media.
THE PROJECT
This project includes:
Creation of online training platform, conceived like a MOOC/Online Classes platform, where the journalists and other professionals, can join and attend self-paced trainings on LGBTI issues, ethical media.
Creation of 4 Animated videos on Hate Speech
